Thank you for choosing Hustlers Motivation! Our goal is to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and ensure prompt and efficient delivery of your orders. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

ALL ITEMS ARE PREMADE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY LISTED AS "PREORDER"

Pre-made Orders: all order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, please allow 6-10 business days for your package to arrive.

Pre-order Items: please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive.

International Orders: Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees are the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We will not issue refunds for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once your order is handed over to USPS, UPS, DHL, or any of our other Premium Couriers, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help recover your lost package.
